Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your State Cashmere purchase. If for any reason your item doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a clear and fair return and exchange process for eligible orders within the U.S. domestic market.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return purchases made on www.statecashmere.us within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. To qualify for a refund or store credit, returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Undamaged and unaltered (except for manufacturing defects)
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and boxes
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to you at your expense.
2. Return Methods & Authorization
To start a return, visit our “Start a Return” portal or contact support with your order number and email used for purchase. Upon approval, you will receive a return shipping label via email. Print the label, attach it to your package, and return the items to our returns center.
3. Refund Options
You may choose one of the following refund options:
- Refund to your original payment method (subject to processing time)
- Store credit refund for future purchases
Please allow several business days for processing once the return tracking shows delivery to our returns center. If you select store credit, a separate email with your gift card code and instructions will be sent to you.
4. Exchanges
If you would like a different size or color, you may request store credit and use that credit to make a new purchase. We do not exchange items directly, so store credit is issued instead of a direct swap.
5. Gift Returns
To return a gift purchase, contact support with your name, email address, order number (if known), and the name/email of the person who ordered the gift. We will issue store credit equivalent to the value of the gift once the item is received and approved.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact support promptly with a photo of the issue and your order number. Let us know whether you would like a replacement or a full refund in store credit, and we will work with you to make it right.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are generally covered by you unless specified otherwise or required by law. The return label issued to you typically uses USPS Priority Mail for convenience.
