At State Cashmere, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and transparently. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

We aim to prepare and ship all orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Orders are typically fulfilled from within the U.S., even though raw cashmere may originate from Mongolia.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. Please ensure you enter accurate street address information at checkout to avoid delays or delivery issues.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options for domestic U.S. orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days from shipment
  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days from shipment

Delivery times include handling and transit. Delays may occur due to carrier backlogs, weather, peak seasons, or other events beyond our control. All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take up to 21 business days depending on carrier availability.

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping charges are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: $6 per order
  • Priority Shipping: $15 per order

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders with a subtotal over $99 (before tax and discounts). Shipping fees will be displayed and calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can click the tracking link in that email to view the delivery status. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after shipment to appear.

6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your order is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, first check for delivery notes, neighbors, or secure areas where the carrier may have left the package. If the package remains missing after 5 business days, please contact our support team with your order number so we can assist you.

7. Changes or Cancellations

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please verify all details before submitting your order. If you require a change, contact support as soon as possible.
